Wiring K-Line motor with speed sensor????

I'm thinking of getting a spare motor for my K-Line Berkshire, but see and been offered ones with speed sensor board, or the 3 prong female plug attached. How are these wired to a TMCC board? My burned out motor with TMCC I bought had only 2 wires as others I'm familiar with.

There are two motor terminals that connect to the speed sensor board, follow the wires.

You can also remove the speed sensor board.
