WIU not responding/booting up

Looking for some guidance. Just set up my layout after a move and my WIU is only showing the green power light. The blue LAN light comes on for a few seconds when power is applied but then goes off. I’ve tried to reset it, used both the MTH (no MTH network shows up on my phone or tablet), and my home networks but nothing is working. Any tips?

Check the MTH/HOME switch. It does not appear to be finding a network. If you are connecting to your existing home network, press the WPS button on the Wi-Fi and your router.
