I can’t find what you have to do to upgrade the wiu to the premium addition

The upgrade is purchased within the app:

At the bottom-right corner of the screen, tap the More... button. This will display the More… Screen. Tap the Purchase button on the same line as either the Standard or Premium version that you wish to purchase. Follow the displayed instructions to upgrade the Free version of the application to either the Standard or Premium version.

What exactly are you trying to do? the heading of this post doesn't make sense?

"WIU upgrade to premium"

The WIU software needs upgrading and is not the same as the app upgrades in your other post
