I heard today that Woodland Scenics has filed a lawsuit against MTH (Mikes Train House). Does anyone know about such a lawsuit? Where was it filed, what is the agrieved issue, how much in damages, etc.. I heard it was about scale buildings. I just purchased an Ethyl's gas station from WS (Woodland Scenics). Could this be another K-Line v Lionel case or is it a small situation. I don't belive either one of the litigants has enough money for an extended knock down suit.
