Nice story Marty........Paul
Awesome Marty. Always great to hear things like this. I am sure you had a great conversation
Really cool encounter, Marty--thanks for sharing it.
Interesting. Never been to R-T-R (did go to the B&O Museum in the early 90's), but I have done business with them.
Beautiful!
My wife and I have our B&O Round House Roof support car on display on a shelf in our bedroom. If Mister Drucker reads this thread let him know that we appreciate the wonderful job the museum did in refurbishing the round house roof after it was crushed by snow about fifteen years ago.
We been to the museum a numbers of times since it's restoration and it's nice to know we played a small part in the effort, even if it was a minuscule one.
Good work!
RTR is a great store with a great staff.
Nice story Marty !!!

Very cool Marty, nice to run into folks like that.
Nice story Marty. Ready To Roll is my favorite hobby shop, although over 65 minutes by car, south from me. The guys at Ready To Roll have been great, repaired an MTH engine with a loose wire harness and didn't charge me, asked how much but the guy said no charge, I think it was Bill Lucas.

Very cool, Neil Young would stop occasionally at Wild Bill's Trains after he visited Lionel in Chesterfield, so you're absolutely right.
Excellent! No tell us if he is a model Railroader or a collector. Does he model/collect the b&o?
Nice Marty.
You are going to need a bigger wall Marty..........
I have another one ready. Before I start it, I want Alan Arnold on this one.
You're right! You never know who's around the next corner!
Lee, are you near PB?
I ran into Charlie Finley (former owner of the Oakland A's) at a White Castle about 30 years ago.
Just sayin'.
Awesome! I love that store. Always stop in when in town.
Now that's neat!
