After short reset no power? Have moved levers off and on. Have restarted power switch. Have unplugged. Volts increase to 22 as levers are increased, but no voltage at terminals? Suggestions?

Transformer is Z-4000. Thanks
Did you reset the fuse switch on the transformer ?
Curtf: Have a look at this post from an earlier thread about the Z4000.
Yes have checked all 4 and do not respond to being pushed or need to be reset. Is there a way to reset the transformer differently?
Is it possible the original cause of the short still exists on the track ?
Possibly try disconnecting both handles from the track and then connect one handle to a single piece of spare track and see if it works correctly.
Yes will try thanks

Yes no change, but voltage shows for each handle
Curt, I used to have one of these and if you are still stuck, here are items from the memory bank:
1)seems I remember you need a small load for starters.
2) will the posts sustain a load? Try something like a light tower on all four and see what happens.
3) I needed a repair on mine and @GGG did a super job
Thanks, will try. Just using a tester now. Will let you know.
What happened when you disconnected everything and hooked up one handle to a single piece of track ?
Thanks, I disconnected all of the connectors and connected a small building and the light came on. Then tested and power and worked as indicated on both sides!! Thanks, now will try to fix switches where motors have burned and get programming, wifi working and updates done
