I'm almost there. I have everything hooked up from the transformer, from the DZ2500 switch machine, and I have the relay wired properly to the switch machine.

That leaves me with the white, gray and blue wires. I've looked at the forum as well as the Z-Stuff web site and can't find exactly what I'm looking for, thus the post.

I have a dead end siding that I want to control the power on. One side of the switch will Always have power. When I move the switch to the siding, I want to have the power to the siding on. As I pull out of the siding and redirect the switch, power to that siding turns off.

I'm not worried about hooking up signals, etc. as that all seems straight forward. My issue is how to control power to the siding by using the relay.

Thank you, Terry

Make a gap or use a plastic pin in the center rail where past it you want the power to shut on and off. Bridge the gap with the Common and Normally open wires of the relay contacts. From the diagram that is the blue and white wires. Connect one wire to the center rail on each side of the insulated pin.  Activate the relay coil via the machine. When the relay closes the powered center rail is connected to the dead end siding. I use my own relays and do not have a DZ1008 but that is what I can interpolate from the diagram. Since the relay is only SPDT you would need another relay maybe for a block signal circuit.
