Has anyone had a problem with receiving orders from Z Stuff for Trains or receiving a response from Susan. I've ordered 1011 sensors over a month ago and tried calling and emailing Susan as to whether or not the item is out of stock or whether or not it has been shipped, etc. She doesn't call me back or respond to my emails. I spoke to Dennis and his response was he doesn't handle that part of the business and I need to communicate with Susan,

I had the same problem and I contacted my bank and eBay. I received my money back without any problems. I would never deal with them again. Susan is worthless and Dennis was rude in his email. My advice would be to get your money back ASAP.
NEVER, NEVER, and I mean NEVER order zstuff from their online store. Over the years there’s been so many posts about this. Always order from Ross, or one of the other venders that carry Zstuff.
as for Dennis, he’s helped me out over the years so many times but yes he can be rude on emails. But, to his defense he’s a very busy man for his age. Does practically ever train show out there
Thanks for the advice. I called my credit card company and they took care of deleting the charge from my card. I just ordered them from Ross.
I get my Z-Stuff equipment from Ross, good dealer support.
