Complete with sawdust on it! Good guess.

Mark, you folks have been busy planning, ordering and receiving the product for the Menards weekly releases.

Mark, you're doing a great job here on the forum!
Is there a "real" Mark, or is Mark a group of folks? Likewise, what's the backstory on "Jack the German Shepherd?"
This will be very interesting.
I believe this is a part to another structure and this new structure will be another winner. The way Menards has been turning out items, is just great. What a great time to be in "O" Gauge.
Gotta love these teasers. Looking forward to the full pic.

Thanks Carl!
There's just one person posting, and yep, I'm a real Mark. Jack is the dog of our owner and he is sort of a mascot around here.

We are feeling extra sneaky this week. Here are more hints for Friday’s release!
Thank you,

Really liking the Menards buildings. Just placed the hobby shop and the engine shed on our layout over the weekend.
Guess I will have to wait until year when I visit the States again to pick up some more.
Unless you open a UK store.....
Nick
Thanks, Mark. Great "tease."
Probably a modified Weed and Feed turned into a sawmill.
Ok, it's Friday what is the new release for today?

Check their web site, I'll let Mark post it.

Come on Mark, rise and shine.
Nice.

Good Morning Everyone,
I typically wait until our email has deployed but I see we are all anxious to see the new release! Here's my introductory spiel. I will post the email link this afternoon.
Introducing our newest O gauge building - the Dakota Cabinet Factory! The Dakota Cabinet Factory is beautifully hand painted and weathered. It is constructed mainly of wood and stands sturdily on a rigid platform. This O scale building is full of unsurpassed detail such as a realistic-looking coal heap and sawdust on the rooftops. Other details include a storage shed, lumber, crates, trees, workers and Jack the German Shepherd.
This factory features a lit and animated Sherwin Williams Paint sign that has two unique lighting patterns. Similar signs made by Miller Engineering can retail for over $20 a piece. Two amber-colored LED lights also illuminate the exterior of this building.

Looks like another winner for Menard's.
Best building yet. Somebody knows what they are doing and what we need.
I have no idea where it will go, but I had to have one. VERY cool. Looks like an incredible bargain.
I had to order one as well. All the other buildings have been well done and this one appears to be another winner.
I need small factories and businesses for my layout. Perfect! Not too sure about the Sherwin Williams sign, but that can be removed easily enough. Great job Menards!

WOW, that is one very nice building, Menards purchasing crew certainly have been busy.

NICE! Now those are the unique structures Model RR need! Industrial, never seen before, detailed, and RTR!
I hope the next menards industrial building us O gaguers will be able to run a freight car through it!
What a great business model!
Keep offering more and more built-up buildings to model railroaders and when they exceed capacity on their layouts they'll have no choice but to go to Menards and buy more framing lumber and plywood to expand their burgeoning layouts!
Very shrewd!
Now where am I going to place this new building?..............
Keep up the good work Menards!
Mark
Ahhh. . . . now the insidious plot is revealed.
Brilliant.
Meanwhile, I gotta figure out where to put this monster. A key factor for me is that it is not resin - that seed and feed weighed so much there were places I knew I could not put it without some serious "settling" of the ground. It also looks made for bashing, which, of course, will happen.
Glad to see it is wood. Easier to work with. You guys keep on hitting home runs. This looks great.
There is an empty Lowes for sale here in Suffolk. Why don't you come on East. We need you.
FABULOUS!!!
if this pace keeps up, i am going to have to give serious consideration to a structure replacement program.
this looks amazing!
At present, I don't have a space on layout for it. But its not stopping me from purchasing. I will either make a space, or create an addition for it. Yes, I see all kinds of creative changes I can make.
Best thing, I don't have to reserve one and wait months.
Thanks Menard's for making new and creative items to add enjoyment and expansion to "O" scale.
Perfect! Instant scene.
Being a cabinet maker this is a must !! This morning I received my flat car with the duece and a half..What a great piece!!! Thanks Menards
I just ordered mine. I can't resist the detail. I might just sell my other building and just add Menards.
Wow. The original teaser photo didn't really do this particular building justice.
The included and installed animated sign is a nice bonus touch for those who like some animated activity on their layouts, but within some sort of scale proportion. Not knocking things like the 145 Gateman, but obviously not within the proportions of everyone's desires.
All these releases from Menard's kind of reminds me when some other train companies first started and not many initially took them too seriously. I have no idea of how many of these products are made, but from all the buzz they get on the train forums and the train magazines, one can certainly assume they appear to be very popular.
Of course, the reasonable prices - when compared to others - is certainly an enticement.
Very nice looking building Menard's folks! I think this one is a sure fire winner for Menards.
Our "Train Stuff" email has deployed and as promised, here is the email link! If you want to get these emails in your inbox, click here to sign up!

I am planning for a coal industry and a timber industry on my layout. This building will be a perfect edition to the layout, providing a destination for lumber from the timber industry.
Great job, Menards. Looks like another winner.
Mark
I watch your teaser video of menard's collectibles. Any change the older ones will be reproduced?
WOW, we're gonna go broke buying these, and the credit card company will love us running up the tab! Wonderful that Menards takes the lead on this niche market.

Makes you wonder about the others. If Menards can do it.... I guess they are a "building" supply company!!!
