I’m a little late to the party on this one as it’s already pretty much finished. It’s not the prettiest by any stretch. I still need to take all the shelves down and cut off excess overhang and add some corner pieces where the track over hangs. I got it up and wanted to start running my train so I think the rest of it can be a winter project. I also want to add some scenery or a background on the wall too. Wife wants to paint this room anyways so I’ll back burner that idea for now.
i made this layout for my big boy so i had to use wide curves to accommodate the big steam engine. It’s a small room too so it was tricky but I got it done. I even had to go back and re do it because it was still hitting the walls on turns. It’s been a journey to say the least.
