Pretty much as stated in the topic. I measured 5.0 VDC at the motor leads. Wick smokes fine. Thinking it is the motor, I can't seem to find the motor on their parts site. Used Product number and everything I could think of. Can some one give me insight to the part number or a primer on how to search MYH parts department. Thanks. Godspeed with this Corona. Hope all are healthy.

Pretty hard to imagine 55 VDC anywhere in the locomotive! Are you really talking about 5 volts? Note that the motor is driven by a PWM signal, so doing a simple measurement isn't going to tell you the truth.
MTH is closed down right now, so searching for the motor isn't going to be all that fruitful. I think MTH only sells them in packs of five now, the part number for the pack is: BE-0000041-5

Typo John. Edited. Fluke Meter 5.0 volts smoke on, No voltage smoke off. Either way, sounds like motor, not board. I like that, I think. Hope all is well with you, considering the situation. I will check the part number. Anyone have 1 for sale?
Sure sounds like the motor. Send me an email, I have them in stock.
Are you sure it’s the motor and not the motor shaft spinning on the impeller...sometimes the fan will get stuck or if it’s not seated correctly it will put strain on shaft and the metal shaft always win over the plastic impeller ... depending on how bad it is common symptoms are smokes at idle but no smoke with the pulse width .., is look into that first ...
It's a diesel, so it's less likely to be the impeller slipping. I see that a lot on MTH steam, it's due to the dynamic braking used to stop the fan quickly.
I had the same problem with a new locomotive once and the problem was one of the wires needed to be soldered to the motor.

probably have 15 hours on this. Always OK. When I measured voltage solder joints were fine. Impeller not spinning on shaft. Free movement. Culprit has to be motor.
I have them sitting on my desk...

Thanks John. Email sent.
