Hi guys happy Sunday!
I managed to get a lot done with me engines this weekend. I've got to get new a new smoke unit for one of them. I knew this when I bought the loco. The unit itself and the piston crank assembly. I know I can get the smoke unit. Is the piston and crank assembly available from parts vendors? I found the crank but not the piston which I assume also has the spring. So please let me know. Thanks!!

For the 2025 loco, the piston is part #671-167, and the crank is part #675-13
Both parts are available from The Train Tender

The spring is a separate part, I think the part number is 2026-44.
Your loco would not have come with one, but Lionel suggested adding it to all smoke units.
Ok guys thanks for everything, I thought the other 2025 I had, had a spring in the piston. I could be wrong
