2340 GG1 Horn Battery Access ?

Pinch the two tabs...GENTLY remove the socket...then you can remove the plate....good luck...joe

Thanks, that was it. But the copper alloy lamp holder is hard to remove, very stiff and sharp edges. I had to us small screw driver and needle nose pliers to GENTLY remove the lamp holder.

Not a very easy way to access the horn battery.

Eleven GG1s....I love this forum! Oh, as to the original post, it gets easier after you do it a half-dozen times.

While you have the lamp holder out, you might round of the edges with a file so next time it's easier.
