The engine that got me into tinplate . (Okay I had a Marx CV a couple years before, but this one pushed me over the edge!)

One of these days it might get some fresh paint and an electronic whistle in the tender, but for now I love the simplicity and the source. I actually got this environment the TCA museum yard sale just a few years ago. It was spruced up by Draude’s Derailment in Lebanon. Runs like a champ!

I love my 259e, I can get it going so fast the caboose flies off the track before the locomotive even comes close! The kids love watching it.
