I have a 6-2315 from the 83-84 era. I have it wired to the layout and everything functions but the Dump function. When I pull the lever to dump the car it goes to ground and kicks my breaker for my accessories. I have the jumper wire connected per the instructions that came with the station. I have tried moving the jumper and still no luck. Any thoughts?

There is an addendum out there on the 497 reissue. Maybe the one that SD is speaking of.  I had to use it when my 497 dumped the car and raised the bin at the same time.  Not quite exactly the same problem you describe but maybe similar with the fix.  All I remember was Terminal 4 and 3 or wired wrong. Had to resolder. And there was about 1/32 of an inch extra slack in  the wire to work with.  I fixed it in place through the roof opening. Otherwise I would have just put a new wire on.
