A Question About Pictures

Golly, if I had that gorgeous poster and the wall space, I would hang it -- BUT! with one VERY important caveat.  I'd make sure that it won't be exposed to sunlight and the resultant fading.  Or, the flip-side, dampness.  Just curious, what do some of your other photos/posters feature?

I have another GG1 picture, a Horseshoe curve poster, a RS-1 at a local station from years ago, and the painting of a container train.

Nope, not in the train room. I see that sort of stuff as a distraction. I hang railroad art anywhere else in the house, without objection.

I do. All depends on the look you're going for.

We have fairly large, framed, photos (many of which I took myself) of prototype steam locomotives, hanging on all the walls of our layout room.

I've got all sorts of things on my walls, wouldn't have it any other way. Directly over the layout are Black Sabbath tour posters that I bought at their shows in 1976 and 1978, as well as a framed T-shirt from the '76 show. My nicest train print hangs in my living room, not my basement.
