I think it would be interesting if each member's profile included their model train interests by category.

Yes that's where I put it. Actually I had pretty much the same information there, but Somehow my profile got messed up and Rich had to get Hoopla to fix it. They blew away that section, so in support of Keith, a new member, I took the opportunity to put the information back in.
I took a quick look and wasn't sure if there were categories to click or where it should go...

I was thinking structured, not free lance "what I like". If it was structured it would be possible to gather statistics.
Yes, that would be nice. Of course it would only reflect percentages of those who enter data. A lot of folks here are like me and don't mind sharing personal detail. However a lot like to be a bit incognito. I can appreciate either point of view.
