Adjusting Powered Pantographs on new Railking GG1

I have two of the new MTH Railking GG1's with powered pantographs. Has anyone tried to adjust exactly how far up or down the pantographs move? One of my engines works pretty well, but the pantographs on the other fail to even get close to moving to full up or full down position. They only move about half as far up or down as the first engine. There is probably an easy adjustment to remedy this. Has anyone with one of these engines had the same issue and figured out what to do? Phil
