Lashup Initialization Error

WIthin the newest Wifi DCS release, I often encounter an error message when trying to create a MTH lashup. It seems to occur more often when attempting a lashup with a PS2 and PS3 engine, but it may also occur for other combinations. The screen sees and allows to me to choose the engines I wish to include in the lashup, but when I hit "Done" on the screen, I get the error. Has anyone else encounteerd this situation? I recall having no lashup issues until the newest V4.0.1 Build 1 was implemented.
