right out of box, new in box first time on brand new layout and the articulating arms hit the screws on the "Z" stuff motors for Ross switches, sure glad it was slow motion time, could have been a header off the "cliff" and 36" drop for brand new toy

called Ross and it was the screw height on the #4 round head screws sticking up, need to replace them with flat head after careful carefull countersinking the old hole, with a hand reamer

would have thought that "Z" stuff engineers would have seen that and corrected that.  right now the temp fix is the simple removal of one screw per motor and then repair them all

okay, i have a dieselswitcher,  and a berkshire , the 0-8-0   this is a totally new layout and only have 6 switches, but do have the gigantic crossover,  all of the motors are from"Z" stuff

here is one of the switches and i had to like i said remove a screw from every motor.
