Does anybody have experience with the following 2 things?

I see they are from evemodel. They are found in an OGR search with no bad remarks.
I bought some Kadee-style couplers from evemodel to replace the UK-style couplers on a few Bachmann Branchline Class 66s, they seem to work quite well. If those signals are as good as the couplers, you should be fine.
EDIT: Note that they are 1/43 so are a bit large.
I usually start by reading the negative Amazon reviews to see if there is any validity to the comment and whether I would have a problem with it.
The only valid issue I see is with the crossing signal. The crossbucks are black with white lettering. For the US they should be white with black lettering.
Also, this is Amazon shipping from the US and if anything is defective, you can always return them.
The crossbucks are very large for O scale but well made. The signals look to be large as well.

Well it's not like Lionel has always made their signals scale. My 1045 Watchman would dig these signals

That's the problem, nobody makes nice 1:48th scale modern crossing signals.

I do that too, and it is also fun to look at stuff just to read the negative reviews. Some folks must be seriously mechanically challenged. My favorite for an item I bought, which was a simple plastic telephone handset holder that you would mount so you could place the handset in a safe spot while you looked for something without hanging up, mounted with just 2 obvious holes in the plastic. The 1 star review was placed because it came with no instructions.
I've purchased a lot of LED's from them with no issues.
I purchased targets from wehonest on ebay that have worked out.
