Not only the houses, but the train control signal, signal tower, crossing... everything on that page except the two streetlights on the top left of the page.  All were purchased from Lionel, although some, like the square-top streetlight with the street names was painted a different color for Flyer.  This was also the time (1926) when Flyer was buying Lionel 100-series freight cars and selling them as Flyer.  Flyer was just starting their "Wide Gauge" (standard gauge) line and did not yet have freight cars and accessories to fill it out.  Later Flyer catalogs dropped these Lionel items and replaced them with Flyer's own models.

It seems funny, since they were competitors, but apparently Lionel was happy with the extra sales volume and didn't worry about how it was helping Flyer.  Two years later Lionel and Flyer were working together in a joint venture to buy Ives; so apparently their relationship was at least partly cooperative.
