The Charles Ro website has been updated to show an ETA of 2/28 for most of the AFT passenger cars. A couple of the SKU's inidcated "out of stock - add to cart for backorder", but most (including the 4-pk) had the 2/28 date.

Actually, from what Ryan K posted earlier today, they're already in NC getting ready for shipment to dealers/distributors any day now.
