One aspect of a future lay out I am looking into is running Erie Lackawanna in o scale. So I thought I'd look into whether or not there is any Erie Lackawanna diesels that come/are in two rail or can be converted to 2 Rail?

Yes, there is. In fact, there is a current offering for Erie Lackawanna F7's from Atlas.
There are come switchers in Erie.. etc.. Atlas has a variety of loco's with Erie as a
paint scheme. I also have a set of 2-rail Atlas O Erie C424's - C425's.. They are nice.
Plus comparable cabooses..

I bought a K-Line Train Master in Lackawanna colors for a hundred bucks, and converted it. Never been fond of lAckawanna, but it looks great!
If money's no object and you're prepared to wait.....Midwestern Model Works is planning SD45 in Erie Lackawanna. Last winter I was thinking about reserving one, but realistically it's out of my price range.
