I’m trying to get my mountain work finished and came across the Flex Paste and decided to give it a try. I’ve been using it as a filler for the rock castings that I made from plaster of paris. Seems to work ok but wanted to know if any one else has used this stuff yet.

Just for FasTrack.
I’ve seen the tv spots touting its uses, but have not tried it. The rubberized aspect of the product makes me wonder about its suitability for scenery purposes (although if you can make a boat out of it, there must be some rigidity once cured). I have used a couple of the other products for sealant purposes, and those have performed admirably.

This is great news for FastTrack users ADCX Rob.
Thanks for the video. My guess is that this product will fly off the shelves - kudos to Lionel!

I wonder about the cost, and whether or not it would take latex paint. I know from experience that very good ventilation is needed when using (a great product, by the way) FlexSeal spray - not sure about the paste.
My suggestion is to stick with tried and true products for scenery
WOW, I watched that video and I can't figure what the Lionel tech did. It ended up just like it started. It looked like he put this stuff on the track and then took it off.
You have to try it, Eddie. Worked for me.
Am I missing something here??
It was an "April fools" joke/video from Lionel......wasn't it????

If the train thing doesn't work out, Mike Reagan has a future in comedy or late-night infomercials. How he kept a straight face through all of that is amazing.
Is this from the same family of products as the rest of the Flex line?
If so, I have used Flex Tape and it is actually as advertised. Very, very difficult to peel off after application. I have not used the paste product, but I am curious how you use it in your scenery. Do you use it solely as an adhesive or do you sculpt it?
I used WS Flex Paste all over my Xmas layout of a few years ago. Tree armatures, rocks, covering over foam and plaster cloth. Is a good product and doesn’t yellow or allow bleed through.
