Any special handling Instructions?

Hello All

I just picked up on Ebay a NIB MTH 10-1126-1 Gold Plated Presidential Set, I was wondering if I should be wearing those cotton gloves you see coin collectors wear when handling coins to prevent fingerprints or scratches on the gold plating. And yes I intend to run it! Cant wait, thanks John

If you don't have the gloves, use the thin foam liner packaging.
Don't forget a new PS-2 battery if it's modern.
I also oil all metal on metal. Drive rods and bearings per instructions.
Don't forget passenger wheels and passenger truck pins that attach to the bottom of the floor pans.

Right before you fire it up on the track...don't forget to play some Gold Cylon sound effects...
