So I just picked up one of these neat little signal bridges but it didn't have any manual with it. I can use regular lock-on's to make the lights come on but it came with the original track clips. I'm wondering how these track clips work exactly, anyone know?

It helps Steve, thanks. I guess I'm missing a piece that goes in the center. So I'll just wire them up to a couple lock-on's and perhaps add a flasher circuit inline just for fun.
I have one of these and they work off a crude version of a contact switch. When you find them, the rubber is usually all dried out...You could try a Lionel contactor and get better results, something like a 145c...

I'm a bit late to the party, but Graeme has a wonderful reference page for Junior Bridge Company on his website.
Ok so I'm completely lost with this and could use some help. The bridge has a common ground and two hot leads for the bulbs. I'm not using th original pressure switch for activation and I'd prefer not to use a Lionel pressure switch either. I tried isolated rails but that doesn't seem to work. I assume the lights are to stay on until on passes the bridge and one turns off, correct? If that's the case how would I wire this up?
