Anyone know of "Bates Motel" type model??

Not sure what scale this is but maybe you can use it as a starting point. check here..

I have the Walthers Route66 motel. A less expensive route is the Plasticville 3-room motel unit.

AS I recall forum member Lee Willis scratch built a motel that looked a lot like the "Bates."  Look him up and email him.

Here is a site that has a motel that you might be able to expand on. If I remember, the Bates Motel was a very small one story motel.

I suggest the Plasticville model, as a previous poster recommended.  I've seen the "Psycho" set at Universal Studios, and believe it would be a simple matter to convert.
