Aquarium Car Trouble Shoot #3435 Postwar

The postwar version uses a vibramotor to rotate the bobbin.  If it’s not buzzing, look for broken wires to the coil.  If buzzing, an unwaxed string with a spring on one end wraps twice around the drive pulley.

Thank you very much. The lights go on but when the lever is moved the vibrator motor doesn't engage.

Hi. I just wanted to give a update. It turns out it was a very easy repair. One of the wires broke off from the truck collector. The more of a pain was pulling off one axel which removed the roller pickup then re-solder the wire back then going a bit crazy trying to reassemble. I have bad arthitus in my fingers so it took me a while getting the collector back on the truck but mission accomplished. Thanks again1
