I recently got my hands on a few of the new Lionel berkshires and I cannot shake the feeling that the printing for the letters and numbers looks faded. Almost like the print needed more ink or needed another coat. I compared the NKP 765 from 2014 to this years release of 765 and 1225 Pere. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just my copies? I’m wondering if anyone has older versions of the Polar Express for comparison. FYI 2014 765 is the bottom tender.
