If Atlas O makes a GP-30 from MTH tooling and it has PS3 in it, does that mean the smoke unit and lighting and everything in the guts will be MTH parts ? or will you have to shop from Atlas to get replacements ? Does anyone know ?

No one knows for sure except Atlas, but they are using the MTH factory so it stands to reason they will use the MTH innards as well as the injection molded diesel outside. At least that would be the way to keep costs down and minimize complexity (which is the enemy of getting things right). Time will tell.
I hope they make a 2 rail one!
