Atlas Truck removal GP 35 | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

DMASSOOGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBER

I had an accident which damaged my GP 35. I have the the breakdown of the engine but cannot get the front truck off. I saw and removed one large screw in line with the motor but it does not come off. Anyone have an explanation as to what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

Don you have to remove the screw from the pick-up roller then it should come off.

Which requires the shell to be removed. Screw driver down from the top. Be careful not to short the two terminals on re-assembly.
