I received a Baby Hudson 3465 some years ago, it was not with a set. the instuctions mentioned installing a 9Volt battery in the tender to get the railsounds, so I opened it and there is not attachment to place the 9 Volt battery as the instruction manual illustrated. The instruction manual mentioned connecting a "RailSounds" box. Where will I find one of those and will it work with my traditional ZW transformer?

If this is the Hudson Jr. produced in the late 90's, I have 2 of these. One with Railsounds and one with electronic whistle and bell. The Railsounds will work without the battery but will shut off when cycling F-R. If it does not chuff when running and only has whistle and bell, it does not have Railsounds. Does the box state it has Railsounds? The manual states it could be signal sounds or Railsounds.
Another way to save money. Universal manual.
Still nice little running engines.
thanks guys--- I bought it without a box, so I didn't know much about it till I started to get a little more involved just recently. I was using my ZW transformer and just bought a new transformer with the bell and whistle buttons. So at least I know how to control that now. But when I go back to my ZW,( its in repair now,) how will I get my SignalSounds to work.
