This year we are installing an N-scale train to be a miniature train amusement ride. We were looking for O-scale figures which sit straddle on the cars. Any ideas?

I did a N scale amusement ride a few years ago. I used gondola cars with O ga people sitting on small blocks of wood. I know this doesn’t answer your question, just a different approach.

When I wanted to pose some O gauge people, I took my cheap ones that come 50 in a bag, put them under a candle to warm up and bent them in position.
If I need to separate the legs, a knife did the trick.
I like cheap and easy.
