Anyone other than me use these crossing gates? They have sound and move at the very slow speed. At one time they were sold by Ross Custom Switches. They are all brass with large motors under the layout. Don

I know that those gates were made by someone here in Ohio and Right of Way and Ross both sold them. On a different note, in a conversation with Mike Reagan last week he indicated the best results he has is with the current Z Stuff product.

Tomars -- signals with gate $241.40 but you do get two (2)with the "Tortouis" switch machine.
Switch machine & linkage included (flasher & detection units not included)

Z-stuff here. Great product and sensors in dwarfs eliminates rail work. They can also work well if you isolate a rail.
