Here are a few pics of an almost finished build - Bonk's Pub. It is adapted from Mahoney's Pub - a Downtown Deco kit. The name is from a bar in Port Richmond in Philly. I have never actually been to the real bar, and this looks nothing like it, but I always liked the name.
I had posted some pics in the Sunday Scenic Showcase. I figured since I added the roof, I would post a few more photos here.....

In Oz (and Pommie Land etc), to bonk is a verb. 
Thanks - bonking is also a cycling term...when you don't eat or drink enough and run out of gas...

It was actually balanced fairly well, the billboard sports extend towards the back pretty far. I did however glue the billboard with a bit of CA, as I wanted to water around the base of the supports.
Bonk's looks fabulous. It will be a great addition to your layout.
