My Upper Peninsula Michigan Bosch Beer, Houghton Lake, Copper Range RR, reefer floated in.  Glad to get this, from

another vanished brewery.  Prototype description says archbars and truss rods, this is on Bettendorfs, but car is decorated

by Buffalo Creek Graphics and should keep a saloon or two in stock.  This is a creation of the Northern Michigan RR Club,

and I hope they can keep tracking down prototypes to offer.

Just received mine today and the battery for the camera is on the charger. In general, two beautiful cars. FWIW, I do make a point of supporting club (Beer) cars on this forum. These will be in good company with my Natty Boh and Rheingold cars.

I do wish that Bosch Beer was still brewed. I've become a real fan of Natty Boh beer...

I'm really glad you guys like it!!!  It's fun doing the detective work on these.  Don Wrobel and I only had the one blurry photo, but I figured out the center of the star by looking at old Bosch beer bottle labels from that period.  It's a hop with B B C intertwined in the center of it (Bosch Brewing Company).  John at Buffalo Creek did a great job on setting up the graphics and working with Weaver.

By the way, Bosch was originally pronounced "busch", but morphed to Bosch.  Their radio advertising used to say "Busch or Bosch, it's the same great beer!"  Also, Charlie posted a video of his cars on the other thread.

Here's one of my two, behind a Lionel Copper Range switcher.

Yes, that's what I think.  My wife, who was born & raised in Germany, thinks it was Americanized a little bit by dropping the umlauts when he came over to the States, and over the years it came to be pronounced differently.  Probably "bursh" at first, then "busch", then "bosch"  A friend of mine, who is from Ahmeek (just north of Houghton), remembers the old radio ads.  Anyway, hope you like your car!
