Posting this for anyone who may be in the Boston area this weekend and doesn't know about it, the New England chapter of TCA will have a full scale meet at the Hudson Elks outdoor pavilion this Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00 pm. Sounds awesome. Unfortunately, by the time I get out of church and drive there from Albany it will be over.
It was hot yesterday in the Boston area, but good to get out to a show again after what we've all been through and the covered Pavillion provided some much appreciated shade.
I'd guesstimate about 20 or so tables under the Pavillion and 8-10 tailgaters on the field to the left.
Good mix of modern, pre and post war and AF items for sale. Picked up an old AF transformer for a 1950's set I have and a couple of other small items.
It was a fun day. I arrived at 9AM and left about 1:30PM. Enjoyed seeing old friends and
actually found a nice PRR E7 to purchase. Here are some
photos.
