Again, on behalf of my family, thank you

Tim,  thank you for taking the time to offer us a piece of your heart through your words of update about your Dad; we're all most thankful.  Your father was a very wonderful person to all of his 'extended' family here on the OGR Forum and to say that he will be tremendously missed is a gross understatement of fact.  Your father was one of the most admired and respected members of this forum.  He has left a legacy is his wake that you can certainly be proud of.  Our Heavenly Father has him in His arms now and he is without any pain or worry.  My most sincere condolences to you, your family and Bill's friends...

May God bless you all and comfort each and every one who's heart Bill has touched.

Respectfully,

Dave

When I put the trains up after Christmas and bid the forum farewell til fall I'm always fearful of a post like this.

Living in Chi and my company based in Cle I often drove between the two. I had the pleasure of meeting Bill numerous times to drop things off at his house and be welcomed like a old friend.

I always planned on a half an hour or so but Bill was always working on something he wanted to show me, fired up his under construction layout or just basically made sure the visit wasn't a half hour!

His patience was second to none, his ability was amazing and his friendship is something I will never forget.

May God Bless You Bill, I will miss you my friend.
