According to his message,  he had spine surgery and is operating at 30%.

i understand perfectly well how a small business works. I have been e mailing Jim for several months. Apparently he was having e mail trouble. I have NOT been annoying or rude. I simply was trying to make a purchase and I have been quite patient. You should check the facts before you criticize

Gentlemen, please' let's not go in the weeds'.. There are days when suffering from back conditions that just breathing can be painful. Not to mention walking and just moving around... And recovery cannot be rushed.  A little mercy goes a long way'...😇🙏🏻😷
