TD,

You're going to need a first rate puller. Frank Timko at Timko Repair `Depot makes what I consider to be the best. He makes one for O-Gauge and one for Std Gauge. I do own both and use both on a regular basis. You can Google, Timko Repair Depot or contact Marty Fitzhenry. He is a regular on the forum.

Rob & "Papa" Steve,

Should TD encounter any problems when quartering the drivers I hope fellow forum members offer easy to follow instructions.

Pullers are important, and so is quartering and side rod alignment.

Most important is a good tool to press the new wheels on..IMHO.  Straight even press with proper gauging is essential to good operation, and long lasting locos.
