You need to get Ro on the forum and do some of the advertising the other sponsors do. He's sort of missing the boat.
Marty, as you know, Charles Ro is an OGR sponsor. Being Sunday, Chuck asked me to get the word out as he will not be in the store until Tuesday. This has been done before with authorization.
Marty not questioning whether you can post for him, I just don't see him, as a sponsor getting the word out like some others is all. Price lists and such.
please don't take my question wrong.
I offered a flat 10% off everything on social media and it worked very well.

Marty, you are correct and I agree. That is one busy place with lots going on. Aside from all the known lines he sells, he has his large scale business. He could operate 24/7.
Marty, link is bad...

Ed;
The URL isn't completely wrong; the link just appended %phone after ".com" Either just type charlesro.com or hit the backspace key a few times.
I got the same server notice you did, though; but if you type it in, it's just fine.
Carl,
I agree, the URL is right, but the link is bad....

Well I've never dealt with Charles Ro before, but I'm going to give 'em a try for some pre-orders. I've been getting burned by the last few dealers I've tried, so hopefully Ro is good to deal with.
Never had a problem with Ro in 20+ years.
Guys, sorry for the big mistake.
Already ordered the First Responder engine. Had to get it Marty. I guess you got one too. I've been ordering from Charlie for years. I don't know how I get 1 day delivery from Massachusetts to Staten Island NY but he does it.

Jim, that is a must. I am also ordering the 844. I currently have the first Legacy 844 that I will be selling on the forum on Monday. I have to have the steam whistle. The Burlington E-7 will depend on the finish.
Thanks Marty. I appreciate your heads up and will be browsing.
I didn't find much in this catalog that I have to have, thankfully. But there is probably something if I look hard enough. I am always impressed with the pricing, speed, and service at Ro.
