Check Track ~ R17 Redbird Subway Car 6511

Cant move my R17 Redbird from Inactive to Active list.

With power applied, Engine Car lights up with no Sound, and I dont hear that familiar MTH Click on Power Up (should I)

"Engine Not on Track" message when I try to move engine to Active List.

Pulled off case, found nothing unusual, Battery read 7.5V, with no load.

Cant do a Feature/Factory Reset, cause I cant get the engine to the Active List.  Is there a way to do an engine Reset, other than using the Remote ???

Was reluctant to Delete, and try to Add, cause something tells me it might not find it again.

All my other Engines work fine...

Any ideas or suggestions welcomed...
