Well I finished it on Monday..took 3 days. There is 3 trains..One circles the mountain. The second circles the base and the 3 circles the tree. I have 2 remote switches that allows me to switch the 2 bottom trains from one line to another...............Merry Christmas!!

I have been working on my layout since 1988! Let's see, that is 29 years. It is not finished yet. Admittedly I have a few more switches and more track, but still, 3 days wow!

Wellll three days to set it up in the house..but I prebuild the whole lay out in the garage..Track, mountains..houses. I prewire it also. So the day after turkey day Annie a I carry the boards in and work of a plan-o-gram for the reset..This took me 2 weeks in the garage to get it all worked out. The mountain is in 3 section and held together with 3 inch nails..So at season end every thing comes apart. I have enough track trains etc, that I could build a layout to fill our living room.. FYI....USAF Crew Chief C-130 1970-1976...I got out and Lockheed Aircraft hired me to be a field rep for them... God has bless me well all my days........
^^^^ Supply Computer Operations 1966-1993 back when supply had their own mainframes. Flew on a few C-130s, uncomfortable troop seats when full.
