I'm sure some of you follow my friend Dave Hess series of Train Night at Dave's video's. They meet most Friday nights at his place near Portland Oregon, but occasionally wander off to other homes. Last Friday they met at the home of Fritz Von Tagen. I had the pleasure of visiting him and his layout last year, but it would be worth the 1k mile trip again to see it decorated for Christmas. No, it was sold at auction in 2006. The picture you posted is an early photo in its new home. It looks more like this now. It's been populated with period toys and accessories. The track design is unchanged. Quite a great layout to see in operation. It can be see in the TM video "Tinplate Legends in Action 5".
