Cleaning exceeded grease

I have a MTH Railking Blue Comet from 2008 that I’ve noticed has a lot of grease. As you can see in the images, the inside of the wheels are extremely goopy and has also covered the bottom on my engine. I have been able to clean the bottom of my engine but have failed to be able to clean the inside of the wheels. I don’t know what I should do next. Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Q-tip and a lot of patience. But you need to figure out why grease is getting out of the gearbox. Check the wheel bearing. Rock the axles back and forth to see if excesive play in them.
