Has any model train manufacturer ever offered an O scale CNJ Baldwin-6-4000 (Janus) for sale? All I can find is HO gauge.

Other than maybe Overland Model in brass, nope.
Rusty
I'm in the process of attempting to build one (though just for myself). Nothing available out there in O scale.
Bob, a company called the "Locomotive Workshop" in Englishtown, NJ made it in a kit back in the 80's. My brother had one and I painted it CNJ green and yellow. Spectacular model of a Jersey Janus!

Is your brother Andy?
Locomotive Workshop has been gone at least 15 years, since Jan Lorenzen (not to be confused with his son, of the same name) passed away. Jan's kits were legendary, as were the modeling skills needed to complete them. I did hear of someone finding a DRX-6-4-2000 kit about 5 years ago, but you're more likely to come across a unicorn.
