From this Story: so-you-thought-mth-went-out-of-business Mike is still part owner in all three business' that have come from his announcement of retirement.
So in my opinion , and based on Andy Edelman's story I would say yes its the same.
Mike's certainly got his fingers in the pie, I don't know exactly how involved day to day he is with any of the entities.
I think that Scott Smith may know something he serviced MTH phone system for years direct this question at him.
