What email address do I use to contact Midge at MTH?

Terry, Midge is back to work. Midge always gets back to people. Don't listen to people who say otherwise.
MTH has a real simple to use e-mail link on their web-site,(Talk To US), center right of home page. I found it to be one of the best I ever used. It is simple to understand and the computer always gives you a conformation bounce to your e-mail site so you have a clear record of your question.
Unfortunately no one ever answers your questions. I know that could be a bit annoying, but it sure is fun to use waiting for that three business day reply that never comes. 
Try to call on the phone and wait for them to answer, once you get a person on the line they are very helpful.

Based on direct personal experience. Needed a part awhile back. Multiple emails and phone messages. Never got a reply. Horrible!
It's a 600 mile drive for me to pay a visit.
Your request may have been fielded by that other person. If it was, that does not surprise me.

Whenever I have contacted MTH for parts via Midge's phone number extension or her email address, she has always gotten back to me within 3 days depending on circumstances(or she has directed someone else that is helping her to contact me). She is definitely the bright light there.

MTH had 5 parts people, now they have two. Midge for customers and Deb for ASC's. It's a daunting, thankless job and they are overworked. She has been in and out sick the last week or so, but she will eventually get back to you. If not, send her a gentle reminder.
I agree with Marty. Midge has always been reliable and helpful and prompt in my experience.

Thank you for your reply, this is the first time that I have no answer, I will wait and if I do not have an answer, maybe I’ll find the parts on this forum.
