Hi Folks,

I am completing my first tests of using a servo on a vintage transformer for a pure sine wave with a microcontroller and an Android app, RobobRemoFree.  I am using an ESP32 which uses the Arduino IDE and code, but is about $6 usually from various sources, and has built-in Bluetooth classic and BLE.

I'd like to thank forum member Trains52 for providing the schematic for the 1063 transformer although I have not yet attempted to repair the whistle feature.  I will most likely create the DC offset with a separate circuit.

My code:  https://www.josephrampolla.com/servotransformer.html

Take care, Joe.

I'm interested in that mini o scope!

If you want a nice portable 'scope, consider the Mustool MDS8207, for $65 shipped you get a 40mhz 'scope and a full featured multimeter in one package.  This is from AliExpress.

Whenever I want to take a 'scope on the road, this is the one I grab.  My Rigol is too big to lug around with all the other tools I typically have to take as well.
